Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped using the Australia Post E-parcel service.

Freight Rates (Australia only):

Tips to ensure your delivery arrives on time:

• If there’s a chance no one will be at home during business hours, it is better to supply a work address for delivery.
• If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.
• If you would like Australia Post to leave your order at your house, please tell us in the ‘note’ section on the cart page before checking out.

International shipments:

We do not ship outside Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times within Australia (as per Australia Post guidelines).

We use these times as an estimate. Australia Post is generally very good with their delivery, however deliveries can take longer than the estimated delivery times.
